| We require a $ 300.00 deposit to hold your date. From this deposit we will withhold $150.00 for the cleaning of carpets, bathrooms and entry's. Additional cleaning or damage needing repairs may result in forfeiture of the remaining deposit. Deposit balances and accounting will be returned in a timely fashion. Deposits will not be refunded for cancelled events. The 29th Street Hall is a non-smoking facility and as such a $300.00 fine will be imposed for smoking inside. Balances are due by the week of the event. A key will then be provided for your convenient access. It is our policy to rent everyday possible. Therefore if the day prior to your event is available you will be allowed access to decorate at no additional fee. We ask that you vacate the hall be no later than 1:00 A.M. unless specified by management for a later time. Alcohol can be brought in and served by the Host for a fee of $350.00 however due to State and Local regulations, "The 29th Street Banquet Hall" can not allow cash bars. The host may serve their own alcohol or select a catering company to provide this service. The host is responsible for any minor consumption of alcohol and in the event a minor under 21 is served alcohol, that person will be barred from the facility. The undersigned Lessee/Host of the scheduled event agrees to follow all rules and regulations set forth herein and all applicable state and local laws and regulations of the governing jurisdiction.
